Step 1 | Log in with connection |
and follow these steps:-Select the appointment, |
click on collect data-Select the skills and behaviors needed for data collection.-Log out after programs have been pre-selected. | When preselecting the programs, do NOT start data collection. Log out after all programs have been selected.

Step 2 | Log in without connection, client(s) that were previously selected will be accessible for data collection in offline mode.Follow theses steps:-Select the appointment,-Click on collect data |
-Select the skills and behaviors needed, and begin data collection in offline mode.*Clients that have not been preselected will be dimmed and enabled. |

Step 3 | -Enter data without connection for all skills and behaviors.-Go back to the appointment details page to enter you session note and verify your appointment |

Step 4 | After all data has been entered, session note is completed, and verification is completed, press SYNC ( in the top right hand corner of the screen 1 time and your data will be saved to your device. |
)Log Out of your device by pressing the back arrow, all data will be saved to your device. |

Step 5 | Log in with connection and your data, session note, and verification will sync to the website. |
