Step 1

Log in with connection and Select

the  appointment, client(s), skills, and behaviorsneeded for data collection.  Log out after programs have been pre-selected.

Step 2

Log in without connection, client(s) that were previously selected will be accessible for data collection in offline mode. Select appointment, collect data &  skills and behaviors needed,

and begin

data collection in offline mode.

*Clients that have not been preselected will be dimmed and enabled.

Step 3

Enter data without connection for all skills and behaviors.

Go back to the appointment details page to enter you session note and verify your appointment

Step 4

After all data has been entered, session note is completed, and verification is completed, press SYNC (

 in the top right hand corner of the screen 1 time and your data will be saved to your device. 

Log Out of your device, all data will be saved to your device.

Step 5

Log in with connection and your data, session note, and verification will sync to the website
