Business Rules and Acceptance Criteria:
On the Student Center portal, display All Assigned Assignments - Incomplete, In-Progress and Completed
In the Assigned Area, display all assigned with the ability to see the due date (if applicable), and finish if the user had previously saved their work but not submitted (see next requirement)
