Will recipients be able to see all other recipients?
No the announcement feature blind copies all included recipients, so an individual will only see a message between them and the staff member that sent the announcement.
What does a recipient view look like?
The image below shows what an announcement looks like for a recipient. Announcements are shown in the Communication Center with a megaphone icon.

Yes, there There is a limit to of 250 recipients.
Can I reply to an announcement?
No, At this time announcements can only be viewed.
