Given I am a user at an account where MTSS Intervention Tracking has been allocated, and I am visiting Classrooms, I will see the intervention tracking tool
Given I am a user at an account where MTSS Intervention Tracking has NOT been allocated, and I am visiting Classrooms, I will NOT see the intervention tracking tool
Given I am a user at an account where MTSS Intervention Tracking has been allocated, and I am visiting Admin Reports, I will see the Interventions Report
Given I am a user at an account where MTSS Intervention Tracking has NOT been allocated, and I am visiting Admin Reports, I will NOT see the Interventions Report
Given I am a Rethink Ed employee and I own an account where X number of team member licenses have been allocated for MTSS Intervention Tracking, and more than X number of team members have created/edited an intervention plan, I will see this account listed in the overage report

We will add a new component called MTSS Intervention Tracking
Product will be MTSS
Component will be Intervention Tracking
When a user clicks to add this component to an account, they will need to set the number of licenses for team members and students
Licenses may be allocated under team members/students or additional additional team members/additional students.
Business Rules
The # of team member licenses allocated will dictate the number of team members who may access MTSS Intervention Tracking. We will not prevent the customer from going over this amount, but overages will be included in the Team Member License Overage Report
The # of student licenses allocated will dictate the number of students who can have a plan under MTSS Intervention Tracking. We will not prevent the customer from going over this amount, but overages will be included in the Student License Overage Report
When MTSS Intervention Tracking is allocated, the Intervention Tracking tools will be visible in Classrooms and Admin Reports.
