We need to add Self-Monitoring criteria to the Default Mastery in Account Settings in Account Setup.

When the user clicks on Default Mastery Criteria, they will see the new Self-Monitoring criteria
Save and discard changes will work as it currently does

The first dropdown default will be set to 90% across.
The options will be 10% to 100%.

The options will be 1 to 100.

The third dropdown will be set to days as the consecutive time
