We need a way to show the continuation of a Behavior Plan that has had multiple review dates. Review plan include a version history and gives options to continue the behavior plan as is or edit existing behaviors so that the behavior plan remains relevant as the child grows toward achieving their behavior goals.

If changes are made to a Behavior Plan that is being reviewed, will it be subject to the approval process from the beginning Draft status / Pending Review or does it retain it’s Approved status any only need to be made active? Currently have Approved status with options to make active or archive but not edit. If we want to be able to edit it, then editing would need to be available if the behavior plan is being reviewed and changes are being made.

User Stories:

  • As a teacher who is evaluating an Active behavior plan approaching it’s second review date, I need to edit the behavior goals so that they reflect the growth the student has achieved and keeps moving forward in their development.

  • As a special education supervisor who is evaluating an Active behavior plan approaching it’s third review date, I need a way to view all of the version histories so that I can gauge the progress made over time.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given I am a user with access to MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Plans enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Edit Reports I will have the ability to create and edit behavior plans.

  • Given I am a user with access to MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Plans enabled), I will be able to see behavior plans.
