StepVisual SupportHelpful Information
  1. Ensure that supervisors have the correct permissions to see other staff's appointments:
    1. 'All staff in all locations' is the only current option to allow this.

  • You may want to also allow the supervisor to 'edit appointments' and 'edit verified appointments' if they will need to apply their signature to a note or possibly edit any appointment details.
2. For a supervisor to receive a Task/Notification when their staff submit a session note, you can assign the supervisor to the staff profile>General Information.

Image Added

  • Currently, there is no way to assign multiple supervisors to staff or to assign the supervisor by client.
  • Once assigned, supervisors will receive the Notifications in the Tasks/Notifications section of Rethink BH via a web browser.

3. To add a supervisor signature on the session note, please ensure that your Billable Session Note Templates have a field added for the Supervisor signature.

  • Please note that we do NOT recommend marking the Supervisor signature as a required field on the session note template, as this would prevent the end user from submitting the session note until completed by the Supervisor.

Please review this resource for more information on building Session Note Templates:
