We need to add a way for users who want to see the Spanish materials can viiew them from the Prep and Preview page
User Story
As a user who who wants to prep and preview a lesson in Spanish, I need a way to navigate to the lesson library so that I can change the language and view materials in Spanish.
UI
The user will click on Program Tools.
The user will see Lesson Library under Program Tools and will click “View Library”.
The user will see all lesson options on the Lesson Library screen.
The user will see Lesson Type on the left side bar and will click “All Lessons” to select the filter for SEL lessons.
