User Story

As a staff member tracking behaviors, I want the last students and selected behaviors worked on to be saved so that I return to a session that was not submitted and or return to log more data for the same group.

UI

• The user navigates to the Home screen and views the Recent Sessions that were worked on

  • We will add a “Recent Sessions” section and a Behaviors card.

• The user clicks the Resume button on the Behaviors card.

• The Tracking tab will display

• The Students and Behaviors from the recent sessions will open and ready for the user to track

Acceptance Criteria

• Given a user logs out of the RethinkEd mobile app when they there is Behavior Tracking data open, they will see the “Recent Sessions” section on the Home Screen when they log back into the app.

• Given a users sessions times out of the RethinkEd mobile app when they there is Behavior Tracking data open, they will see the “Recent Sessions” section on the Home Screen when they log back into the app.

• Given the user did not have any Behavior Tracking selected and open for a student, they will not see the Behavior card under “Recent Sessions”.

• Given the user had Behavior Tracking(s) open previously, they will see the purple Behavior card under “Recent Sessions”.

• The card will have the heading title “Behaviors”

• The Behavior card will display:

  • The Date and Time of the last tracked behavior (to the right of the heading)

  • Up to 3 student names written out with a “+ enter number others” if there are more than 3 recent behavior tracking sessions

    • The number will be the total number of students (Minus the first three) with setup and open behavior tracking from a previous login session

  • The names of the Behaviors being tracked

  • A “Resume” button and arrow

• Given the user clicks the “Resume" button, they will navigate to the Tracking tab with the exact students and behaviors from the recent session opened and ready to add tracking data.

As a staff member tracking skills, I want the last students and selected skills worked on to be saved so that I return to a session that was not submitted and or return to log more data for the same group.

• The user clicks the Resume button on the Skills card.

• The Tracking tab will display

• The Students and Skills from the recent sessions will open and ready for the user to track

• Given a user logs out of the RethinkEd mobile app when they there is Skill Tracking data open, they will see the “Recent Sessions” section on the Home Screen when they log back into the app.

• Given a users sessions times out of the RethinkEd mobile app when they there is Skill Tracking data open, they will see the “Recent Sessions” section on the Home Screen when they log back into the app.

• Given the user did not have any Skill Tracking selected and open for a student, they will not see the Skills card under “Recent Sessions”.

• Given the user had Skill Tracking(s) open previously, they will see the green Skills card under “Recent Sessions”.

• The card will have the heading title “Skills”

• The Skills card will display:

  • The Date and Time of the last tracked skill (to the right of the heading)

  • Up to 3 student names written out with a “+ enter number others” if there are more than 3 recent skills tracking sessions

    • The number will be the total number of students (Minus the first three) with setup and open skills tracking from a previous login session

  • The names of the Skills being tracked

  • A “Resume” button and arrow

• Given the user clicks the “Resume" button, they will navigate to the Tracking tab with the exact students and skills from the recent session opened and ready to add tracking data.

• The user clicks the Resume button on the Points card.

• The Tracking tab will display

• The Students and Points from the recent sessions will open and ready for the user to track

• The card will have the heading title “Points”

• The Points card will display:

  • The Date and Time of the last tracked behavior (to the right of the heading)

  • Up to 3 student names written out with a “+ enter number others” if there are more than 3 recent behavior tracking sessions

    • The number will be the total number of students (Minus the first three) with setup and open Points tracking from a previous login session

  • A “Resume” button and arrow

• The Incidents card will display:

• The user clicks the Resume button on the Self-Monitoring card.

• The Tracking tab will display

• The Students and Self-Monitoring from the recent sessions will open and ready for the user to track

• Given a users sessions times out of the RethinkEd mobile app when they there is Self-Monitoring Tracking data open, they will see the “Recent Sessions” section on the Home Screen when they log back into the app.

• Given the user did not have any Self-Monitoring Tracking selected and open for a student, they will not see the Self-Monitoring card under “Recent Sessions”.

• Given the user had Self-Monitoring Tracking(s) open previously, they will see the orange Self-Monitoring card under “Recent Sessions”.

• The card will have the heading title “Self-Monitoring”

• The Self-Monitoring card will display:

  • The Date and Time of the last tracked Self-Monitoring (to the right of the heading)

  • Up to 3 student names written out with a “+ enter number others” if there are more than 3 recent Self-Monitoring tracking sessions

    • The number will be the total number of students (Minus the first three) with setup and open Self-Monitoring tracking from a previous login session

  • The names of the Self-Monitoring being tracked

  • A “Resume” button and arrow

• Given the user clicks the “Resume" button, they will navigate to the Tracking tab with the exact students and Self-Monitoring from the recent session opened and ready to add tracking data.
