Accessing Notifications | Once logged in, navigate to the Notifications tile. | |
Creating and Assigning Tasks | To create a Task, select Create Task at the top of page. From the Create In drop downmenu, select the area of the platform that the task is related to. Enter other applicable information, such as, a client the task is associated with or a due date to complete the task. To assign a task to another staff member, search for the applicable staff member in the Assignees field. Select Create Task once completed. | |
Reviewing, Editing, and Completing Tasks and Notifications | Any notifications and/or tasks will populate here. To receive notifications regarding other staff, list your name as the supervisor under that staff’s profile. To Edit a task, select the Edit icon in the actions column of that task. To Complete a task, hover over the check box in the actions column and select the box to mark the task as completed. |
