UI Description: Add New Organization
Organization Name / Id:
Description: Establishes the organization for inclusion on our database of Organizations with integration
Required: Yes; Organization Name/ Organization Id selected or entered
Type of Input: Single Select dropdown or Text entry as Organization Name and/or Organization ID
Validation Criteria: Must contain at least 3 characters and no more than 255 characters. It should accurately reflect the Organization Name / Id to ensure easy identification and searchability.
Assessment Name:
Description: The dropdown selections are a combination of fields collected from Add Assessment and include the name of the company that created the Assessment and the name of the assessment

Status:
Description: Status field selection becomes a tag showing on Organizations list

To enter a new integration for an existing Organization, Organization Name / Id Dropdown is a smart select where user types either the Organization Name or ID to bring up existing Organizations
To enter a new integration for a new Organization, Organization Name / Id, User text enters Organization ID and name in the Organization Name / Id field
Subject drop down is single select, required field
Assessment Name:
Assessment Name dropdown is a smart select where user types and search options show
Select Assessment by clicking entry in dropdown
Search results are optimized to appear within 2 seconds under normal load conditions.
Status:
Click dropdown to select either: Active or Inactive
Default is active
Activation Date:
Click on calendar to pick a date
Default shown as the date Add Organization modal is opened

Clicking inside the field makes it active and shows a calendar where User selects a date

If User does not enter a Deactivation Date, then we show the three dashes (---)
Clicking inside the field makes it active and shows a calendar where User selects a date that is after the date selected for Activation Date
SFTP Information:
SFTP information establishes the link for the integration to take place. All fields are required
Buttons:
User clicks on Save to Save the newly added information or Cancel to cancel the request
If Save is selected, then the new Organization Integration becomes part of the list on Organization List Screen
