This guide will explain the fields within the Basic Information section of the Company Settings /Company Account area.

Navigate to Settings>Basic Information>Click edit to add in the required(*) and optional fields

Notes about Functionality

Name*

  • Required

  • Name of Company/Agency

  • This will show on reports pulled from the Reporting Dashboardtab, such as the Billing Export

Email*

  • Required

  • Company email address

Phone*

  • Required

  • Company phone number

FAX

  • Company fax number

Website*

  • Required

  • Company website

Federal Tax Id#*

  • Required

  • Will appear on the Billing Export

  • May need to be entered for EVV

National Provider Identified (NPI)#*

  • Required

  • Company NPI # (Type 2)

  • Will appear on the Billing Export

Medicaid ID #

  • You can add multiple Medicaid ID#'s by clicking the plus button

  • Must be entered for EVV

Time Zone*

  • Required

  • Set to appropriate time zone

Logo

  • To upload your company logo, click “Choose File”. Your logo will be immediately visible on the Company Account Tab

  • Must be in PNG or JPEG formatting

  • Your logo will also then be visible on completed session notes/soap notes and treatment reports/funder reports.

    • If no logo is added, the Rethink logo will appear on all saved session notes and reports

International Account

  • Only select if you are outside of the United States

  • This checkbox will allow you to add and edit international address information throughout your account
