Need to add Teacher Types:
- General Education Teacher
- Special Education Teacher
- General Ed & Special Ed Teacher
All three of the above teacher types should function like the Lead Teacher role on the Base SPED Platform.
Do we want to replace Lead Teacher with the above teacher types?
