1. Link Data to an appointment (OPTIONAL)

   IMPORTANT:

FIRST, Appointments MUST be added on website version via mobile or desktop in order to see the appointment on the app. 

DATA CAN BE COLLECTED AND SYNCED WITHOUT CHOOSING AN APPOINTMENT.

• if there are no appointments scheduled the app will display "NO APPOINTMENTS TO VERIFY"
• collect data with or without an appointment.
•  verify an appointment with or without data collection
• see your own appointments only 
• only appointments that have NOT been connected to data will be retrieved
• Billable and Non Billable appointments will be retrieved

2. GPS appointment location tagging

Verifications completed on Rethink's Mobile APP will capture the "location nearby".

The address info can be viewed from the mobile and desktop version of the scheduler

• permission to access the device location needs to be given for this feature to work

3.   Staff Verification

(offline or online)

43. Parent Verification (if required by your company)

• parents can only verify "billable" appointments
•  to clear the signature and re do select the "clear" option
• *You will need to give permission for access to your location for the GPS feature to capture your location.
• The street, city and zip code will be associated with each verification
