Start by selecting the megaphone icon at the top of the navigation bar

Announcements can be created and sent to All Caregivers or Providers (Note: Only 250 recipients can be selected at a time)

  • Start by selecting “All Caregivers” and/or“All Providers”

  • Individual recipients can be deselected by toggling between “Caregivers” and “Team Members” lists

  • Select “Next”

Create your announcement and “Publish”

Select “Ready to Send” and all selected recipients will receive notification via email, SMS, and push notification. (Note: Notifications a recipient receives is based on the permissions the user has set in their account)

FAQ’s

  • Will announcement recipients be able to see all other recipients?

    • No the announcement feature blind copies all included recipients, so they’ll an individual will only see a message between them and the staff member that sent the announcement.

  • What does a recipient view look like?

    • The image below shows what an announcement looks like for a recipient. Announcements are shown in the Communication Center with a megaphone icon.

    • Note: If a recipient reports they are unable to see an announcement, ensure that the recipient has “Announcements are Showing” checked

  • Can I send announcements to as many recipients as I want?

    • There is a limit to of 250 recipients.

  • Can I reply to an announcement?

    • At this time announcements can only be viewed.
