There may be times when you intend to teach a skill to learner, but find when collecting baseline data that they already have the skill in their repertoire. When this occurs, you can collect baseline data on the program and then mark the program as mastered.

Once you have edited the skill acquisition program in the CLIENT PROGRAM. You will collect baseline data on the program.

Baseline data can be collected via DATA ENTRY on the website:

Trial-by-trial data can be entered on both the website and mobile app by clicking/tapping the + or - icon.

Website:

If preferred, staff can enter an overview of the data.

On the website, they can type in the % correct:

On the mobile app, they can type in the number correct and/or the number incorrect:

A note can be left if staff wish to list the order that targets were delivered or other information regarding the data.

If you have found that the learner already knows the targets and you do not need introduce the program for teaching, you can mark the program as MASTERED. To do so, go to the program in the CLIENT PROGRAM.

Once on the program in CLIENT PROGRAM, click on MOVE PROGRAM and choose MARK AS MASTERED.

Once you have chosen MARK AS MASTERED and clicked REMOVE LESSON, the lesson will be moved over to the MASTERED tab in CLIENT PROGRAM.

You will still be able to VIEW DATA on programs in the MASTERED tab.
