User Story

As a district level admin overseeing building(s), I need to see an overall picture of the classrooms within the district/building so that I identify which classrooms are most in need of support in the areas of ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL, and attendance.

UI

  • Admin can view the report by classroom by clicking on a Grade from the Grade view or by clicking on dropdown below graphs and selecting Classroom

  • The user will see the classrooms in alphabetical order.

  • The user can type in the Search box to find a specific classroom.

  • The user clicks on a Classroom name, which takes the user to the classroom dashboard to view the Classroom data details.

Acceptance Criteria

  • Given a student has taken a specific test multiple times with the ScreeningWindowStartDate and ScreeningWindowEndDate, we will use the most recent testing data for that student.

    • Students will only have one set of data per test and testing window.

  • Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Interventioncomponent and I select view by Classroom from the district view, I will see a list of classrooms for the selected building

  • Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Interventioncomponent and I select a grade from the list I will see a list of classrooms for the selected grade in the selected building.

  • Given I am a district/building level admin or a non-admin with permission to View reports and I have the MTSS Interventioncomponent and I am viewing the Classroom overview, I will see the total percentage of students who have measured at the Tier 2, or Tier 3 level based on the cut score settings on the graph for the given areas for the selected time frame

  • Given I am a district/building level admin or a non-admin with permission to View reports and I have the MTSS Interventioncomponent and I am viewing the Classroom overview, I will see the total percentage of students who have measured at the Tier 2, or Tier 3 level based on the cut score settings on the details below the graph for the given areas for the selected time frame

  • Given I am a district/building level admin or a non-admin with permission to View reports and I have the MTSS Interventioncomponent and I am viewing the Classroom Overview, I will see the all the Classrooms who are a part of the district/building in alphabetical order.

  • Given I am a district/building level admin or a non-admin with permission to View reports and I have the MTSS Interventioncomponent and I click on a Classroom to view, I will be taken to the Classroom Dashboard for that specific classroom. (See image: Classroom dashboard)

  • Given I am a district/building level admin and I have the MTSS Interventioncomponent but I do not have SEL component, I will NOT see the SEL graph, tab, and SEL columns

  • Given Group by classroom is selected, then we list the classrooms in order of highest percentage of students in Tier 3 and Tier 2 in all subject areas to lowest percentage of students in Tier 3 or Tier 2 for that given time period for the given data types. (Sum up the percentages in Tier 3 and Tier 2 across all subject areas and then ordering the classrooms from highest to lowest)

  • Show up to only 1,000 buildings but please make all buildings searchable.

User Story

As a district level admin overseeing building(s), I need to be able to click on a classroom and view the report for that classroom and then return to the last report I was looking at with same filters engaged.

UI

  • Admin can click on a classroom row to see the classroom report for the selected classroom. From there they can access the student dashboard by clicking on the student.

  • They will see the classroom report. The new tab will open for the classroom report. See specs for more information about how classroom reports work.

  • They can click the breadcrumbs on the classroom report or the back button to return to the admin reports classroom list report with same filters engaged

Acceptance Criteria

  • Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Interventioncomponent and I select the row with a classroom from the district classroom view, I will see the classroom report for the selected classroom in a new tab.

  • Given I am a user with permission to View Admin Dashboard and I have the MTSS Interventioncomponent and I see the selected classroom report from the district classroom list, I will be able to click the breadcrumbs or back button to return to the admin classroom report with same filters engaged

The system should maintain the state of the filters and restore them when I navigate back to the admin report.
