We need to add component to turn Behavior Plans on and off.
User Stories:
As a Rethink Ed employee, I want to enable the Behavior Plans section in the Behavior suite for a district, so I can ensure the customer has access to this product
Acceptance Criteria:
Given an account has been allocated MTSS Interventions (all topics or Behavior Tracking /Plans and Behavior Tracking enabled) that account will have access to Behavior Plans.
Given an account has not been allocated MTSS Interventions (all topics or Behavior Tracking/ Plans enabled) or Behavior tracking: Behavior support, the account will NOT have access to Behavior Plans.
Given an account has been allocated Behavior Tracking: Behavior Support, the account will also have access to Behavior PlansPlan.
Given an account has been allocated MTSS Interventions (all topics or Behavior Tracking/ Plans enabled) or Behavior tracking: behavior support and behavior plans is enabled, they will also have behavior tracking enabled.
Given an account has been allocated MTSS Interventions (all topics or Behavior Tracking/ Plans enabled) or Behavior tracking: behavior support and has behavior tracking disabled, then behavior plans will also be disabled.
Given an account has been allocated MTSS Interventions (all topics or Behavior Tracking/ Plans enabled) or Behavior tracking: behavior support and has behavior plans disabled, behavior tracking can be enabled or disabled.

We will add a new component called MTSS Interventions
Product will be MTSS
Component will be Interventions
When a user clicks to add this component to an account, they will need to set the number of licenses for team members and students
Licenses may be allocated under team members/students or additional additional team members/additional students.
If the user clicks the + button, the screen will expand. The user now has a choice of including All Tools or Select Tools.
If the user clicks Select Tools, they will see a menu of MTSS Intervention Tools. The user will need to select Behavior Tracking/Plan in order to enable this feature.
If the user enables Behavior Plan, Behavior tracking will also be enabled.

If the user clicks to disable behavior tracking when behavior plan is enabled, an error message will be displayed and the user must either confirm to disable behavior tracking and behavior plans or cancel to leave behavior tracking enabled when behavior plans is enabled.

If they select confirm, both behavior tracking and behavior plans, will be disabled.

The user may select behavior tracking without behavior plans but will lose access to behavior plans.

Business Rules:
The # of team member licenses allocated will dictate the number of team members who may access MTSS Intervention Tools. We will not prevent the customer from going over this amount, but overages will be included in the Team Member License Overage Report
The # of student licenses allocated will dictate the number of students who can have a an MTSS Intervention Tool applied. We will not prevent the customer from going over this amount, but overages will be included in the Student License Overage Report
When MTSS Interventions (all topics or Behavior Tracking/ Plans) or behavior tracking: behavior support is allocated, Behavior Plans will be visible in Classrooms and Admin Reports. When MTSS Interventions (all topics or
Behavior Plans) or behavior tracking : behavior support is allocated, Behavior tracking must be enabled if behavior plans is enabledis part of Behavior Plan.
