Templates is the area in which templates are built for different report writing (4 different types). To learn more about each type, refer back to our resources on Templates. This resource thoroughly explains each option available when making a template.
IMPORTANT: Some options explained below are ONLY available when creating certain types of templates. Those will be noted accordingly.
This resource will be organized by the field section on our template builder.
Custom Header
The custom header feature allows users to include up to five fields in the main header that will display on each page of the supported template types (Treatment Reports and Billable/Non-Billable Session Notes).
Users can turn off/on the Custom Header by checking “Custom Header” within the template builder interface. Once on, users can select up to five fields to be displayed (By default, the fields that will be checked off are Client DOB, Client Name, Client Member ID (Insured ID)). If custom header is off, those default fields will still display on notes.
Note: This is different than the auto populated fields that will appear on all saved session notes:
Client Name
Staff Name
Funder Name
Date of Service
Verified Start and End Time
Session Duration
Facility/Location assigned to client (can be omitted by updating your funder settings)
Service Line (can be omitted by updating your funder settings)
