As a high school student, I want to only see the new version of the assessment, so that I complete the correct version.

Business Rules:
We will no longer show the previous version of update the assessment questions for grades 9-12 in the student center.
If the 9-12 assessment is currently assigned to the student, we will update the assignment to reflect the new version of the assessment.
This assessment will no longer show the word BETA.
