In Rethink, Service Lines should be thought of as the specialty of services or high level programs that your practice offers. Examples of Service Lines that your practice offers could be ABA, OT, Early Intervention, Speech, etc.

4) Enter Service Name and add “0” for Base Rate for that Service. (*this is a beta feature and does not hold functionality at this time.) The Base Rate holds no functionality so best practice recommendation is to keep this set to zero.
TIP: Keep your service names to a minimum. The same service names can be used for different funders and billing codes. These service names will be what your staff select when scheduling.
