User Workflow:
User goes to the Student Dashboard Attendance Tab
Path: Students (top navigation) > Select Student > Student Overview Page > Attendance Tab
User views Absence information as the default view
User selects from the dropdown to see Tardy information
Note: Prior to the completing of 4 weeks of school, the User does not see the Tier Recommendations and Rates.
