In our most recent launch, Rethink has released an enhancement to help streamline the billing process by automatically including appointment times on claims, specified by funder. You can now set up the system and indicate within each funder whether appointment times should be included on the claim.

Below outlines these enhancements and how to enable for your funder(s):

Rethink Setup

Enable 'Kareo - Report Appointment Time on Service Line”

In Rethink > Company Account > Funders > Select Funder > Edit

Below the address you will see the line for enabling reporting appointment times on the service line.

If this is enables, the system will reflect ALL session times (indivdual or rolled up) into your claim line note separated by commas.

This will automatically sent to Kareo as the line note for your claim with the applicable reference code to assure these are billed to your funder accordingly.

Verify on Billing Export

When downloading the billing export, you will see a new column on your export under column K (Claim Line Note) with all session times (only populating if this check box is selected for funder).

Kareo Specific

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Any other line note needing to be reflected on your claim should now go into column K ‘Claim Line Note’ INSTEAD OF the ‘Appt Note’ column. This new column should be used for ANY/ALL line notes needing to be reflected on your claim in Kareo.
