Step 1

Log in with connection and follow these steps:

-Select the  appointment, click on collect data  

-Select the skills and behaviors needed for data collection. 

-Log out after programs have been pre-selected.

Log in without connection, client(s) that were previously selected will be accessible for data collection in offline mode.

Follow theses steps:

-Select the appointment,

-Click on collect data

-Select the skills and behaviors needed, and begin data collection in offline mode.

*Clients that have not been preselected will be dimmed and enabled.

Step 3

-Enter data without connection for all skills and behaviors.

-Go back to the appointment details page to enter you session note and verify your appointment

After all data has been entered, session note is completed, and verification is completed, press SYNC ( in the top right hand corner of the screen 1 time and your data will be saved to your device.)

Log Out of your device by pressing the back arrow, all data will be saved to your device.

Log in with connection and your data, session note, and verification will sync to the website.
