We need to show the self-monitoring tool in the family portal. This will help facilitate communication between home and school & hopefully improve consistency in addressing behavior goals. (The design is located in my trying things out area not yet in Self-Monitoring and is a use over design from behavior contracts. I made a self-monitoring contract-like view that is attached.)

In the Behavior Area of the Family Portal (Is this the area?), we will show an option for Self Monitoring Tools.
Clicking here will display some explainer text: Self Monitoring is a great way to help students develop healthy learning habits. Self-Monitoring Tools include self-created goals and an option for the child to grade themselves on their progress towards meeting their goals. You may wish to print the Self-Monitoring Tool and try it out at home. If you would like to create a Self-Monitoring Tool to help your child monitor their goals at home, visit the materials section.
The user will see the active self-monitoring tool with the date range for self-monitoring, the goal with location, the reminder question with image, the frequency interval the student will self-assess, review date, and name of team member who created the tool.
Clicking on View will open a PDF of the contract.
The user may exit by clicking Go back
Business Rules:
Self-Monitoring section will only show if an active self-monitoring tool has been shared with the parents. If the teachers have not shared a self-monitoring tool with the parents, this section will not show. We should never see Self-Monitoring in the nav & then see a blank screen when clicking on it.
