Add Organization Modal

Overview

The Add Organization Modal allows User to enter a new Organization and establish the integration specification and/or enter additional Assessments for an existing organization.

UI Description: Add New Organization

1. Organization Name / Id:

   • To enter a new integration for an existing Organization, Organization Name / Id Dropdown is a smart select where user types either the Organization Name or ID to bring up existing Organizations

   • To enter a new integration for a new Organization, Organization Name / Id, User text enters Organization ID and name in the Organization Name / Id field

2. Assessment Name

   • Assessment Name dropdown is a smart select where user types and search options show

   • Select Assessment by clicking entry in dropdown

   • Search results are optimized to appear within 2 seconds under normal load conditions.

3. Status:

   • Click dropdown to select either: Active or Inactive

   • Default is active

4. Activation Date:

   • Click on calendar to pick a date

   • Default shown as the date Add Organization modal is opened

5. Deactivation Date:

   • Optional field

   • Click on calendar to pick a date

6. SFTP Information

   • Address: Text enter Address

   • Port Number: Text enter Port Number

   • Username: Text enter Username

   • Password: Text enter Password

   • ZipFile: Enter Zip File

   • File Path: Enter File Path

7. Save or Cancel

   • Select Save to Save new Organization

   • Select Cancel to Cancel new Organization
