Funder Reports is a location within a Client’s profile where treatment report writing is completed for the client.
E.g. Progress Reports, Initial Authorization reports, Re-Authorization Report, etc.
Funder Reports are created from templates made for the account. The templates area is a specific permission and is often provided to leadership team members only. You cannot write a report within the Funder Report area without having a template to use.
See our resource on building Client Report Templates: Copy of Creating Templates
When ready to create a Funder Report for the client, you’ll select ADD FUNDER REPORT
Select from the TEMPLATES provided within the drop down menu.
Select the SERVICE LINE
Select CREATE FUNDER REPORT
NOTE: The templates available in the drop down menu are ones that have been paired with the Funder that matches this client.
E.g. If Client has Blue Cross Blue Shield, then all templates that were made in the Client Report Templates Area that were paired with BCBS will be available.
Complete the Funder Report by filling out the sections within the template
NOTE: The sections displayed within the Funder Report were based on how your administrative team created the template. Information provided in this resource may or may not include everything within the template you are using to complete a Funder Report for your client. If you have further questions on how to fill out your company specific Funder Report, please reach out to your leadership/administrative team.
This resource will review certain section you may see in a Funder Report and provide further clarification on what it means.
Skill Acquisition Progress /Behavior Support Progress
If Skill Acquisition Progress and/or Behavior Reduction Progress options are present within the template (see image below), this refers to reporting on client data and programming. This is where information from the client’s programs will display and data from the client’s programs will be pulled into a visual display.
Complete the filter options provided and select PREVIEW. This will then list all of the current programs within the client’s profile based on chosen filters. Graphs will populate below the program information.
Graphing Filters available for display:
Start and end dates
Target display
Graph type
Filter View by trial set, day, week, or month and average vs total
Individual filter to each graph display can be made even after selecting PREVIEW
To see the different filters that can be used when generating visual displays for data within a Funder Report, see Filter Options for Graphs within a Funder Report
After selecting Preview, other Program information for each program will display alongside the graphs.
For Skill Acquisition Programs:
Mastery Criteria for the Program
Maintenance Mastery Criteria
Start Date
Baseline information
Total mastered targets

Recommended Skills / Behaviors
If Recommended Skills or Recommended Behaviors options are provided those may pull from programs where no data has been collected. Provide the appropriate Start and End Dates and select Preview.
Recommended Skills will list programs that are currently in the FUTURE TAB of a clients profile (you learn about the function of a future tab in Client Program Resources)
Recommended Behaviors will pull behavior programs with Step 1 filled out with no data collected
Custom Graph
If Custom Graph option is added to a report template, outside files can be uploaded to include into the report
Custom Table
If Custom Table was used within the template, see How to Use the Custom Table Feature for additional information of how this feature can be used within your Funder Report
Once all fields of the Report are completed, select SAVE.
You can always edit the Report further if needed (add to it and save a new version)
If fields with asterisks are not filled out, draft versions will not save
Note: the report automatically saves every few minutes, so the Save As option only populates if a version has been automatically saved or previously manually saved
Once SAVED, a report can be:
Further Edited (EDIT FUNDER REPORT)
DOWNLOADED (into a word document or a PDF)
SAVED TO FILING CABINET
NOTE: If a report is saved to a word document, FURTHER EDITS can be completed outside of the Rethink platform
Examples: Adding outside assessment information to the report, editing fonts, adding in additional visuals or graphs, etc.
Additional actions may be completed from the Funder Report landing page (depending on permissions). This is done via the lightning bolt next to a listed report.
