We need to re-design the Student Center so it flows better and makes more sense to users. Additionally, we need to add SEL Lesson Videos to the Student Center.

- Users can assign SEL Lessons to students based on their grade and Education Classification.
- Students without an Education Classification may be assigned GenEd SEL Lessons for their grade only
- Students with an Education Classification may be assigned any SEL Lessons
