There are 4 reasons why your appointments may turn ORANGE.
Don't worry you can still verify staff time, capture parent verifications
and complete session notes.
Reason 1:
Missing Billing Information
Your system administrator may have set up your Rethink account to allow users to schedule although there may be missing billing information.
To check if there is missing billing information, open the appointment then click on Warnings
Reason 2:
Scheduled hours for the client "Exceeds the Authorized Hours"
Your system administrator may have set up your Rethink account to allow users to schedule beyond the Authorized Hours.
To check: Open the appointment click "Warnings".
Reason 3: (Most likely to occur)
Appointments that are part of a Repeating Series that extend beyond the Authorization
Our system will tag any appointments that are part of Series but extend beyond the Authorization you selected with "No Authorization".
These appointments can be connected to the new Authorization after it has been entered.
Reason 4: Highly Requested Feature to add a "placeholder" authorization is now available
An appointment was scheduled and connected to an Authorization that has been marked as "Pending".
An Authorization can be entered as "Pending".
A pending authorization acts as a "placeholder" until you receive the official authorization.
Appointments can be scheduled against the Pending Authorization and our system will tag those appointments
with the Funder, ServiceLine, ServiceName, BillingCode and "No Authorization".
