Go to the PROGRAM LIBRARY within the client’s profile. Select a program to add to the client’s program.
The user will be given two options: CURRENT PLAN and FUTURE PLAN.
In the current plan, you can include clinical goals for authorization, parent goals, and IOA data for skills. These goals will pull into a Funder Report if the Skill Acquisition Progress feature is selected within the template. The information will include: Goal name, goal details (mastery criteria, maintenance mastery criteria, objectives), start date, baseline summary, total mastered targets, program mastery date if applicable, and a graph.
If the user chooses CURRENT PLAN, the program selected will be added to the client’s program under the CURRENT tab.
The user can now edit/customize the program.
The program is now available under DATA ENTRY and data can be collected.
The program added and ALL other programs within the current tab, are available for data collection on both the website and mobile app.
If the user chooses FUTURE PLAN, the program selected will be added to the client’s program under the FUTURE tab.
The user can now edit/customize the program if they choose. If a user has not added any programs to the future tab, the future tab will not display. Programs in the future tab will pull into a Funder Report if the Recommended Goals feature is selected within the template. The information will include: Goal name, goal details, mastery criteria, maintenance mastery criteria and objectives.
When a user is ready to teach the selected program, select MOVE PROGRAM, then select MOVE TO CURRENT PLAN.
The user has the option to edit/customize a program whether the program is in the current tab or future tab.
The selected program is moved to the CURRENT TAB and will be available for data collection.
The skill is available for data collection on both the website and mobile app.
If a user decides to place a program on hold or teach at a later time, they can use the MOVE PROGRAM button, to move a program from the CURRENT tab to the FUTURE tab.
All data associated with the program will be saved and available when the program is moved back to the current tab.
