New Information Button Added to the Collect Data Page |
When entering data on skills and behaviors, you will now see an info button:
When tapping on the information button, users will see the following details pertaining to data collection.
Session Date: The date that you start a clinical data session is the date that will be shown after syncing your data.
Observation Time: The observation time is calculated based on the time that the user starts clinical programs to the time that the user successfully syncs their data.
Interval Time: The interval time is the interval set up for a skill or behavior on the website. Interval settings for starting and stopping can be changed in the settings tab on the main menu.
Zero functionality: If you have selected a program with frequency or duration data collection and data has not been entered for these programs, they will automatically be synced and graphed as zero. This applies for both skills and behaviors. Clinical Tip! if you don’t want programs graphed as zero, do not preselect that target or goal.

Daily Data Summary Info Button Update |
When completing a session note and you are viewing the Daily Data Summary component, there is an update to the wording to assist you with understanding the different options with the Daily Data Summary Sheet:
Include ALL data points: Includes all clinical data recorded for the same client and same date by the selected staff member on website or app.
Include only LINKED data points: Includes only clinical data entered for the selected appointment by the staff member logged into the mobile app.
Checkbox: Check the box to link other clinical data entered for the same client and the same day. This will only be used when choosing linked data points.
