Update Behavior Dashboard | Data Tracking | MTSS Suite

We need to update the Behavior Dashboard to reflect the addition of Behavior Tracking.

User Stories:

  • As a teacher who would like to track my student(s) behavior without creating a formal behavior plan I need simple a way to create behaviors to track and view the progress of those behavior goals so that I can gain a clear picture of growth for that student.

  • As an administrator who would like to track my student(s) behavior I need a way to drill down from the building level to the individual student so that I can record behavior I have observed.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors will see record behaviors button.

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > View Behaviors will see view behaviors button.

  • Given I am a user with access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, I will see the Behavior Tracking Card at the Tier 2 and Tier 3 levels.

  • Given the above are true and I am an admin with access to all the regions within my district, the drop down menu on the pop ups will contain all of the regions, districts, buildings and classrooms.

  • Given the above are true and I am an admin with access to all buildings in the district, the drop down menu will contain the list of buildings and the list of classrooms in each of those building.

  • Given the above are true and I am an admin with access to only one building, the drop down menu will only contain the classrooms for that building.

  • Given I am a user WITHOUT access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > Add/Edit Behaviors I will not see the record behaviors button.

  • Given I am a user WITHOUT access to Behavior Support OR MTSS interventions (all tools or Behavior Tracking enabled) and permission to Behavior Support, > View Behaviors I will not see view behaviors button.
