Overview | Classroom View | iReady | MTSS Dashboard

We need a way for Admin and non-admin with permission to view reports users to see a view the classroom report by overview of of iReady Assessments for ELA and Math so that they can make informed decisions for MTSS Interventions for both the staff and the students in their district. We need to make sure that if the admin has clicked on a classroom from the admin dashboard that they can easily return to the report that they were looking at before they selected the classroom.

User Story

As a district/building level admin overseeing building(s) or a non-admin with permission to View Reports with the MTSS Interventions component, I need to be able to view graph and details of the classroom overview of total number of students at each tier for overview, ELA and Math, from the admin reports for the iReady Assessments.

UI

Acceptance Criteria

  • Follow Same Permission set, navigation, Default Landing and filter selections as explained in Overview | Classroom View | MTSS Dashboard Report

  • Multiple Testing Opportunities (Resolved with Ren data)

    • iReady Assessments can be taken multiple times within the same testing window.

      • We will include the most recent testing data within the graph for this page.

iReady Fields: (See: Mutual Content Fields | iReady | MTSS Dashboard)

    • completion_date

    • other fields to be added here. --Remember also the iReady norm referencing dates for when students take the fall, winter and spring tests and which completion date falls within the time frame for each test. It is updated yearly and would need to be maintained.--

      • Suggestion is to use Define School Year as the start of the Fall and end of the Spring Testing window. We need to determine when the Fall test will end, the Winter test will begin and end, and when the spring test will begin or refer to iReady testing dates.

      • iReady does not have ScreeningWindowStartDate and ScreeningWindowEndDate like Ren data. They only use completion_date. There are accompanying fields to help distinguish Fall, Winter, Spring such as most_recent_diagnostic_y_n and number_of_diagnostics_completed_in_the_window

  • Consider: Tier Selections and grade specific placement ranges (3-5)

    • If we allow different tier selections for each test, then the circle graphs will not be the same for each grade level. We will need to explain the contents of each graph with a hover.

Intervention Plan in Progress

User Story

As a teacher or admin user, I want to know which students have in-progress intervention plans for each area.

UI

Acceptance Criteria

  • Follow Same Permission set, navigation, Default Landing and filter selections as explained in Overview | Classroom View | MTSS Dashboard Report

  • This could be impacted if users can have different tier levels throughout the year and maybe different placement levels (Mid/Late, etc)

Intervention Buttons

User Story

As an admin user who is considering creating a new intervention plan, I need to view current and past intervention plans so that I can assess the effectiveness of past supports to help me determine the best course of action moving forward.

UI

Acceptance Criteria

  • Follow Same rules as explained in Overview | Classroom View | MTSS Dashboard Report

  • This could be impacted if users can have different tier levels throughout the year --the buttons may be confusion if a student has a Tier 2 plan in the Winter and now their score indicates that they should have a Tier 3 plan in the Spring all because the tier settings changed.

  •

Highlight No Plan

User Story:

As a teacher or admin user, I want to know if there are students who do not have a intervention plan who are Tier 2 or Tier 3 in an area.

    • We may have a solution with the newer design that shows students who do not have either a Tier 2 or Tier 3 Plan
