Intervention Plans Tab: Features and UI Explanation

Overview

The Intervention Plans Tab is the second tab option in the Student Dashboard. It is underlined and highlighted in blue when selected. The Intervention Plan page gives a high level view of all Intervention Plans a particular student has had for the school year for all of the following areas: ELA, Math, Behavior, and SEL (varieties). Users can Create Intervention plans and also view existing Intervention Plans from this page.

Student scores/performance levels do not need to fall within a Tier 2 or Tier 3 range to be eligible for an Intervention Plan. It is completely the Educator’s discretion.

Path

Dashboard > Students (top navigation) > Search or Select Student (Click View) > Student Dashboard Intervention Plan Tab

Create New Intervention Plan

Under each heading (ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL (varieties)), there is a Create Plan button. Clicking on Create Plan opens the Intervention Plan Create screen for the selected area (ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL (varieties)).

Once a Intervention Plan is created, it will appear under it’s heading in a Content Box.

View Existing Intervention Plans

Existing Intervention Plans are shown in a Content Box under the heading pertaining to it (ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL (varieties)). Content boxes contain general information about the Intervention Plans such as Tier Level (Tier 2: Orange, Tier 3: Red), date ranges, statuses (Pre-Planning, Active, Archived, Mastered).

If multiple Intervention Plans have been created for an area (ELA, Math, Behavior, SEL (varieties)) they will exist in different statues (Pre-Planning, Active, Archived, Mastered).

We show a list of Intervention Plan Content Boxes in the order of most recently created (top) to least recently created (bottom).

Clicking on an Intervention Plan Content Box opens that Intervention Plan it represents so user can view/edit it.
