Account Setup Overview

Design

• We will show the number of licenses allocated and in use for each product purchased for students and team members.
• Hovering on a product name will reveal a description of the product
  • Student Products
    • Skills - The number of students who may have Abilities, Inclusion, Transition, and Academic lessons on their plan or have skills data collected.
    • Behavior - The number of students who may have Behavior Support strategies in place or have behavior data collected.
    • Social Emotional Learning (SEL) General Education - The number of students who may work on General Education SEL quizzes, assessments, and activities.
    • Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Special Education - The number of students who may work on Special Education SEL activities.
    • VB-MAPP Assessment - The number of students for whom users may complete a VB-MAPP Assessment.
  • Team Member Products
    • Skills - The number of team members who may access Abilities, Inclusion, Transition, and Academic lessons and collect data on these skills.
    • Behavior - The number of team members who may access Behavior Support and collect behavior data.
    • Social Emotional Learning (SEL) - The number of team members who may access SEL lessons and review SEL quizzes, assessments, and activities.
    • Basic ABA PD - The number of team members who may access the Basic Applied Behavior Analysis PD series.
    • Advanced ABA PD - The number of team members who may access the Advanced Applied Behavior Analysis PD
    • Disability Awareness PD (Staff) - The number of team members who may access the Staff Modules in the Disability Awareness PD series.
    • Disability Awareness PD (Peers) - The number of team members who may access the Peer Modules in the Disability Awareness PD series.
    • Disability Awareness PD (Home) - The number of team members who may access the Home Modules in the Disability Awareness PD series.
    • Disability Awareness PD (Community) - The number of team members who may access the Community Modules in the Disability Awareness PD series.
    • Disability Awareness PD (Educators) - The number of team members who may access the Educator Modules in the Disability Awareness PD series.
    • Fundamentals of Special Education PD - The number of team members who may access the Fundamentals of Special Education PD series.
    • Neurodiversity PD - The number of team members who may access the Neurodiversity PD series.
    • Social Emotional Learning PD - The number of team members who may access the SEL PD series.
• A status bar will show percent of licenses in use. For example, if 15 of 30 licenses are in use, the status bar will be filled in half-way
• If a user clicks on Manage, they will be taken to the Product Licenses area.

Business Rules

• Users with permission to View Account Overview will have access to this screen
• We will display products currently allocated to all of the accounts the user has access to. For example, a Role 7 will see all products allocated at the parent and sub-account levels, while a Role 5 will see the products allocated to their building.
• Users with permission to Manage Product Licenses will see/have access to the Manage button.

Design

• We will display the number of students, team members, classrooms, and roles that are currently active
• If a user clicks on Manage in the students box, they will be directed to Manage Students.
• If a user clicks on Manage in the team members box, they will be directed to Manage Team Members.
• If a user clicks on Manage in the classrooms box, they will be directed to Manage Classrooms.
• If a user clicks on Manage in the roles box, they will be directed to Manage Roles.

Business Rules

• Users with permission to View Account Overview will have access to this screen
• If no student products are allocated to the accounts the user has access to, the user will not see Students or Classrooms
• Users with permission to Add/Edit students will have access to Manage Students
• Users with permission to Add/Edit team members will have access to Manage Students
• Users with permission to Create/Manage Classrooms for Others will have access to Manage Classrooms
• Users with permission to Roles Add/Edit/Delete will have access to Manage Roles
