Acceptance Criteria:

  • Given an account has been allocated MTSS Interventions and All Topics have been included, that account will have access to Point System

  • Given an account has been allocated MTSS Interventions and Point System has been included, that account will have access to Point System

  • Given none of the above are true, the account will NOT have access to Point System

Open Report

Design

  • From behavior support section for a specific student, the user may click on View behaviors (Behavior Points block) for any of the tiers.

  • Alternatively, the user may click on Points under recommended tools.

  • Here, they will see the Behavior Points Report for this student.

Business Rules

  • This report will show if

    • The student belongs to a building with student licenses for behavior support

    • AND The user belongs to a building with team member licenses for behavior support

    • AND The user has permission to View Reports (Behavior Support)

Classroom filter

Design

  • The user can filter by classroom by clicking on the classroom filter and selecting the classroom

  • Only the data recorded by this classroom will show in the report

Business Rules

  • Only one classroom can be selected at a time

  • All classrooms which have recorded behavior data on this student will shown in the filter drop down in alphabetical order

Date Range

Design

  • The user may click the date range (i.e. Past 30 Days)

  • This will open up a filter for the user to select a different date range

Business Rules

  • The default date range will be the past 30 days

  • The date range will dictate the data displayed

  • Data displayed will be based on the date the user entered when recording the data (not necessarily the date the user physically entered the data).

    • For example, if the user entered data on 11/19 and changed the date to 9/1, a report from 11/1-11/30 will not reflect that data point.

Summary

Design

  • The user will see a a summary of behavior recorded within the date range.

  • Total points will show the number of points earned within the date range

  • Positive behavior will show the total number of positive behaviors recorded for the student within the date range

  • Negative behaviors will show the total number of negative behaviors recorded for the student within the date range

Business Rules

  • Data will be dependent on the date range

  • Positive Behavior section will include the total number of positive behaviors recorded for the student within the date range.

  • Negative Behavior section will include the total number of negative behaviors recorded for all the student within the date range.

  • If the student belonged to a classroom or group at any point within the date range, any classroom/group data recorded within the date range will be calculated.

    • For example, if Artie belonged to Classroom A on 11/1 and was removed from Classroom A on 11/3, and on 11/2 Classroom A’s teacher recorded a behavior for the whole classroom, this data will show on Artie’s report from 11/1-11/30.

Positive Behaviors

Design

  • The user will see a line heading called Positive Behaviors

  • Here, we will show the number of occurrences for all positive behaviors and points awarded for all positive behaviors for the student

  • If a user clicks on the down arrow, they may expand the positive behaviors to view a list of all behaviors. Clicking on the up arrow will collapse this view.

  • For each behavior we will show the number of occurrences for that behavior, the point value of each behavior, and points awarded for that behavior

  • If a user clicks on the down arrow next to a behavior, it will expand to show each date and the classroom where the behavior was recorded for that student, the number of occurrences of that behavior for the student, and the number of points the student was awarded for that behavior occurrence. Clicking on the up arrow will collapse this view.

  • A note icon will show next to the date and class if the student save a note about the student

  • The user can click or hover to view

Business Rules

  • We will only show behaviors for which data has been recording. Meaning, we will not show a line for a behavior if 0 occurrences were recorded within the date range.

  • This report will show all behaviors recorded for the student within the date range, regardless of which classroom/group was selected.

Negative Behaviors

Design

  • The user will see a line heading called Negative Behaviors

  • Here, we will show the number of occurrences for all negative behaviors

  • If a user clicks on down the arrow, they may expand the negative behaviors to view a list of all behaviors. Clicking the up arrow will collapse this view.

  • For each behavior we will show the number of occurrences for that behavior

  • If a user clicks on the down arrow next to a behavior, it will expand to show the dates and classrooms where the behavior was recorded for the student, and the number of occurrences of that behavior for the student. Clicking the up arrow will collapse this view.

Print

Design

  • If the user clicks on the print button, they will be prompted to open a printable PDF.

  • The report will show the rethink ed logo in the upper left corner and a heading of STUDENT FIRST NAME LAST INITIAL’S Behavior Report

  • We will show a sub-heading with the date range

Business Rules

  • We will print the report based on the date range selected

  • We will print the report with all behaviors expanded (showing all details)

Export

Design

  • If the user clicks the export button, they will be prompted to download an excel file

  • The excel file will have a tab for positive behaviors and a tab for negative behaviors

  • Positive Behaviors tab

    • We will show a header in cell B1 called Occurrences

    • We will show a header in cell C1 called Points

    • Starting in cell A2, we will list each behavior name

    • For each behavior name, we will list the number of occurrences for the behavior and the number of points awarded for the behavior

    • Starting in cell B3, we will list each date of each occurrence

    • For each occurrence, we will list the number of points awarded to the student for that behavior

    • In the last row, we will show totals for occurrences and points

  • Negative Behaviors tab

    • We will show a header in cell C1 called Occurrences

    • Starting in cell A2, we will list each behavior name

    • For each behavior name, we will list the number of occurrences for the behavior

    • Starting in cell B3, we will list the date of each occurrence

    • In the last row, we will show totals for occurrences

Business Rules

  • We will export the report based on the date range selected
