What interval data collection types receive notifications and are they visual, auditory, etc. | MTS program will have a visual notification. |
What if I want to only collect interval data for part of the session? | Interval data collection types (partial, whole, MTS) have a setting that allows them to begin in the start or stop position. Example: If it is set to begin in the STOP position then you have to start the interval when you want data collection/observation for that behavior or skill to begin. If it begins in the START position, then the timer begins as soon as you begin collecting data for that session You can start and stop an interval at any time thus allowing you to control how long you want to observe an individual behavior during the session. You also can de-select the program/behavior entirely during the session thus not needing to start and stop (if you no longer want to collect data on a skill/behavior just del-select it from the first screen that allows for program selection). | https://rethinkautism.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NSGSC/pages/4210458625 |
Why does the data say 0 when I did not collect any data for that behavior during my session? | When certain types of programs are OPENED in a session on the mobile app, it will record as zero if you do not collect any data. Examples: Duration programs opened with no behavior collected, records as zero Interval programs that were “started” or began in the start position with no data, records a zero Frequency programs with no frequency records a zero If you do not plan to record data on a behavior or skill, DO NOT OPEN the program for data collection. You can always add more programs throughout the session as appropriate. | https://rethinkautism.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/NSGSC/pages/4210458625
