Good to Know!

1

Administrators can reset the whole training if needed:

Once a staff member has completed the training, if the training needs to be reset, there is now a reset button at the top of the training result. Administrators can reset all modules by pressing the reset button at the top of the training report next to the completed certificate.

This may be needed if a staff exceeded the 180 day requirement.

Resetting the whole training resets the dates on the entire training and all individual trainings.

2

Administrators can reset completed individual training modules in the Detailed Training Report:

If a staff member has completed an individual training but it needs to be reset and completed again, there is now a reset button next to the completed certificate for that module. Administrators, can press the reset button on one or more modules for staff members.

This may be needed if a staff exceeded the 180 day requirement or if a staff member needs a refresher on a specific module.

Start and End dates as well as total training dates are included in the Detailed Training Report and on the training itself.

Training Dates on Training Report:

The Detailed Training Report includes the number of training days with color coding for completed trainings:

When a staff member starts the RBT training, the following color coding will be shown:

Color Codes for Completed Modules:

  • If the modules are complete and less than or equal to 180 days, the training dates will be green.

  • If the modules are complete but have exceeded more than 180 days, the training dates will be red.

  • If the modules are completed in less than 5 days, the training dates, will be red.

*The color codes on the training dates will help staff and administrators know how soon they are approaching the 180 day requirement or if they completed the training in less than 5 days. These are requirements that are set by the BACB for the 40 hour training requirement.
