Order of Menu icons in the app has changed.

When you are using the mobile app for both scheduling and clinical data collection, you will see Calendar icon listed first encouraging you to collect data from within the appointment to properly link the data points.

  • Stay tuned for more clock-in and clock-out features. Ask about our offering for EVV

2

Collect Data Points from the Calendar Section

  • Click on Calendar to load list of appointments you have

  • Choose the appointment you need to verify and collect data for

  • If you are assigned multiple sessions per client per day, all session times will display as options.

  • Billable and Client Non-Billable appointments will display.

  • Only Non-Billable appointments that had a client selected will be visible.

  • The main purpose for “connecting” a data session to an appointment allows users to pull in the data to session notes only if the “Daily Summary Data” field is added to the Session Note Templates.

  • If you have an appointment scheduled and you will be entering a session note after collecting data on the mobile app, it is important to start your session through the calendar icon.

  • Work Around: If you started your session in collect data, you will need to back to the main menu page and click on the Calendar icon to complete your session note and verify your appointment. All data that you entered will still be saved under your client and connected to your session.

3

Click on “Collect Data”

  • Typically you will start your session with collecting data and keep the verification till the end of the session to accurately set the start and end time of the appointment

  • By clicking on “Collect Data”, this will take you to the list of skill and behavior programs that you need for your session.

4

Select Skill and Behavior Programs

  1. Choose the programs you want to work on within this session

  2. Click Next (Right arrow on top) to start collecting data

  • If you need to select all skills and behaviors, all that is needed is to check the behavior and skill check box and then press the right arrow to proceed.

5

Collect Data and Go back to the appointment to Sync

Once you finish data collection, you will have to go back to the appointment to complete session note and sync the data from there.

  • With the new navigation, syncing is only done at the appointment screen.

6

Enter Session Note, Verify, and Sync

Once you go back to the appointment, you will notice that the order of tabs has changed. Notes is now coming before the verify tab.

Typically you will fill the session notes within the session as the last step will be to verify the session times and obtain parent’s signature.

  • Once data has been entered, session notes completed, and verification is completed, you’re able to sync your session from any tab in the appointment screen (details, session notes, or verify page)

  • Even after you sync the appointment, you can always come back to collect more data points from within the appointment and link them to this appointment.

7

Collect More Data Points

You will see that “Collect Data” always available in the mobile app even after the appointment is verified and synced to the Rethink website.
