How do you sort programs authored by  your company or by a specific staff member?

When in the Program Library, select custom range to view company authored protocols. You may also sort by author using the search bar next to the custom range box.

How do I edit programs in the program library?

Editing a program in the program library is done by selecting the pencil icon next to the program. Editing a program in the program library makes that edit for the entire company account, not just your client. If you want to edit a program for your client, add it from the program library to the client program then edit.

Can I make duplicates of programs in the Program Library?

If I edit a program within the program library, it will turn into a new version of the program with whatever edits were made. Making a second version of a program should only be done if you are changing some of the information from the original

NOTE: all areas of a program can be edited specific to the client once you add it to your Client’s Client Program Tab

Can I delete programs from the program library?

Editing and deleting programs from the program library is a permission. It is capable to do as long as no one is currently using that program for a client.

How do I get skill data to pull into a treatment report (i.e. progress report, re-auth., etc.)?

For skill data to be pulled into a treatment report, there are a few steps:

  1. The template for said treatment report needs to be set up accordingly. (It should include the Skill Reduction Progress option within it) - making templates is a permission, speak with your internal administrators if a template does not include this option but needs to

  2. Clinicians run that template in the Funder Report tab of a clients profile (making a funder report for that client with the template from step 1)

  3. Type in the start and end dates of when you want to pull skill program data and set filters to how graphs should display (this can be edited for each individual graph after hitting preview)

  4. If this is a report to pull in goals/programs that HAVE NO DATA COLLECTED YET, then the template needs to have the Recommended Skills option in it instead. This option in the template will then pull all the skills listed in the FUTURE TAB of the client program

How do I set up my Behavior Support Plan?

Guide on the "breakdown of the sections for the Behavior support plan” can be found here.

Can I enter baseline data for a behavior without entering raw data?

Raw baseline data does not need to be collected for a behavior support plan. In Step 5 of a behavior support plan (when setting the goal), you can put an average for the baseline data collected instead of entering in the raw details. Be sure to move out of baseline when beginning to collect data on Rethink if you dont want to be collecting baseline data.

If you’d like to add in anecdotal information regarding previously collected baseline data, you can use the Behavior Note section of a plan.

How can I duplicate a behavior goal?

Use the copy behavior feature.

Can you review behavior plans before the review date?

Yes. You can edit and make changes in the Behavior Notes section if needed. The red flag will not appear until the flag date.

Can you still take ABC data on a program even though you enter a start and end date in Step 2?

You can add on additional function, but cannot remove the originally identified function. If you need to, you can copy the program and edit the duplicate

How can I take data on multiple dimensions for a goal?

Create separate plans for each  behavior to be able to use two different data collection methods for one behavior. Create a plan, then use the COPY PROGRAM features to duplicate the program, and edit the data collection method.

How do I Unarchive a Behavior

Go to Behavior Support, Select the plan under View Plan after selecting “Archived” from the dropdown box. Click “unarchived” and then edit Step 5.

How do you include behavior support plans in a treatment report?

For behavior data/plans to be pulled into a treatment report, there are a few steps:

  1. The template for said treatment report needs to be set up accordingly. (It should include the Beh Reduction Progress option within it) - making templates is a permission, speak with your internal administrators if a template does not include this option but needs to

  2. Clinicians run that template in the Funder Report tab of a clients profile (making a funder report for that client with the template from step 1)

  3. Type in the start and end dates of when you want to pull behavior information from, and the entire plan (if written in the behavior support section) will pull in

  4. If this is a report to pull in plans that HAVE NO DATA COLLECTED YET, then the template needs to have the Recommended Behaviors option in it instead

If I continue/start a new session on my mobile device what date does the unsynced data reflect?

Data will be graphed based on the date the data was initially entered.

Can you view lesson plans and behavior plans on the mobile app?

Use the GEAR icon next to the program name to view the lesson plan.

Will staff be notified that a data decision needs to be made on the mobile app?

Staff can view previous data on the app (using the gear icon next to the program), but data decisions are made via the website.

What all can be done/accessed on the mobile app?

The mobile app is for data collection. Staff can collect data on skill acquisition and behavior reduction programs, view plan details added by supervisors, view previous raw data and graphs, complete session notes, and verify appointments.

What interval data collection types receive notifications and are they visual, auditory, etc.

MTS program will have a visual notification.

What if I want to only collect interval data for part of the session?

Interval data collection types (partial, whole, MTS) have a setting that allows them to begin in the start or stop position.

Example: If it is set to begin in the STOP position then you have to start the interval when you want data collection/observation for that behavior or skill to begin.

If it begins in the START position, then the timer begins as soon as you begin collecting data for that session

You can start and stop an interval at any time thus allowing you to control how long you want to observe an individual behavior during the session.

You also can de-select the program/behavior entirely during the session thus not needing to start and stop (if you no longer want to collect data on a skill/behavior just del-select it from the first screen that allows for program selection).

Why does the data say 0 when I did not collect any data for that behavior during my session?

When certain types of programs are OPENED in a session on the mobile app, it will record as zero if you do not collect any data.

Examples:

Duration programs opened with no behavior collected, records as zero

Interval programs that were “started” or began in the start position with no data, records a zero

Frequency programs with no frequency records a zero

If you do not plan to record data on a behavior or skill, DO NOT OPEN the program for data collection. You can always add more programs throughout the session as appropriate.

Review the settings section of this document for understanding interval settings:
