Viewing Data for All Programs at Once

There might be times where you want to visually inspect data for all programs. Rather than going through programs one-by-one in Data Entry or Analyze Data, you can create a Funder Report to view all data within one document.

1

To view data for all programs at one time, you will create a FUNDER REPORT for your client.

A CLIENT REPORT TEMPLATE must first be created. This template should have the following fields:

Client Name, Skill Acquisition Progress, Behavior Reduction Progress--All of these fields are found under the CLIENT section in the template builder.

It is recommended that this CLIENT REPORT TEMPLATE be named something simple, such as DATA PULL or PROGRESS OVERVIEW.

It is recommended that all FUNDERS are assigned to this template so that this template can be used with all clients.

Please check with a supervisor at your place of employment to ensure you have been granted permission to CREATE templates (if needed) and CREATE funder reports.

2

Once you have clicked on ADD FUNDER REPORT for a client, choose the DATA PULL or PROGRESS OVERVIEW template.

If this template does not show in the list, check in CLIENT REPORT TEMPLATES to ensure all FUNDERS have been paired with this template.

3

Once you’ve chosen the DATA PULL or PROGRESS OVERVIEW template, you can now set the date range for data.

The date range set is customizable. You set the start date an the end date. Any data collected, by any staff, during that date range will pull into the report.

4

You can also choose how the data will display. You can choose to have data points display by Trial Set (aka Session), Day, Week, or Month.

For Skill Acquisition Progress, you can choose to have Performance, Cumulative Progress, or both display for each program.

5

Once you have set your date range and chosen how you want the data to display, click PREVIEW. This will pull in the data and graph for all program that have data collected on them within the date range you set.

You will set your date range and choose how data points will display for Skill Acquisition Progress and click PREVIEW.

Then you will set your date range and choose how data points will display for Behavior Reduction and click PREVIEW.

6

Once you create the report, you have the ability to view a maintenance graph for skill acquisition programs if this was set up.

Setting up MAINTENANCE DATA COLLECTION is done when editing the program in the CLEINT PROGRAM.

7

Once you create the report, you can deselect any programs not needed when in edit mode in the FUNDER REPORT.

Any Skill Acquisition Programs or Behavior Reduction program can be deselected.

Any maintenance graph for a program can be deselected.

8

Once this report is finalized it can be saved as a FUNDER REPORT and/or downloaded as a PDF or Word document

Saving as a FUNDER REPORT:

Once saved as a FUNDER REPORT, downloading as a WORD or PDF document:

All saved FUNDER REPORTS can be found in the FUNDER REPORT tab for the client.
