How to Verify Sessions on the Mobile Browser-Mobile View

There are two views for a mobile browser. Desktop view and Mobile view. You can utilize your phones browser settings to request the different versions (for example, if you are an iPhone user, you can select the blue “AA” in the url to request the different site versions.

We typically recommend Mobile view as this is a much friendlier view for a smaller screen. Desktop view will appear as it would on a desktop  (or laptop) browser

Instructions

  1. After logging in, you will need to select “Scheduling” as you would in a desktop browser (this screen will be the same across mobile and desktop)

 

2. Once you are within the scheduling tab, you will need to select your appointment. Your appointments will appear as a list

3.Once you select your appointment, you will have multiple options such as edit the appointment, enter staff or guardian verifications, or enter a session note

4. How to write a session note: Within the mobile view, you will need to select “Session note”, then you will be able to select the client template drop-down. Once you have filled in your fields for the note, you are able to select “save located at the bottom right side of the screen

5. How to Verify: After selecting the appointment, the verification option will be located at the bottom of the appointment details. Select this and then select the appropriate staff/parent verification which needs to be entered.

 

Parent Verify:

Select the “unsigned” arrow to enter in a parent signature

Select Verify in the lower right corner

Staff Verify:

Select the arrow for “staff signature

Select Verify in the bottom right corner
