Getting started on the mobile app

1. Tap on Calendar & Select your appointment

2. Click on Collect Data

3. Select the skills and behaviors needed.

Go to Data Entry on the Website

Getting started on the Website: (desktop or mobile)

1. Log into Rethink

2. Select your client and go to data entry

3. Select the program(s) needed for data collection

Mobile App Data Entry

Mobile App Data Entry:

1. Enter data  for all skills and behaviors needed.

2. Go back to the appointment details page to enter you session note and verify your appointment

Website Data Collection and Saving data

Website Data Entry:

1. Enter data on the website for specific programs needed

2. Press save for each individual program

Completing Session Notes, Verification, and Syncing

Complete your session note, verification on the appointment screen, and sync your data:

1.Session Note:

• Under Daily Data Summary Sheet - make sure to use the default “INCLUDE ALL DATA POINTS”

• This selection will ensure that all data for this client comes into the session note (both website and mobile app)

2. Verify your session by tapping on the verify button and complete all required fields/signatures.

3. Sync your session:

To end your session, Press SYNC ( in the top right hand corner of the screen 1 time.

You will receive a SYNC confirmation, once your data syncs.

4.Log Out of your device by pressing the back arrow.
