Our company account locations have a new look! We have also added new fields that will come in handy in the near future for billing purposes.

For the time being the new fields are optional and can be used if you find value in documenting specific data.

New Look!

We are working on updating the look of our site and have started with the Company Account locations

 

More updates to our site are coming!

New Business Info Fields

  1. Billing Provider

  2. Billing Provider Name

  3. Tax ID

  4. NPI

  5. Taxonomy Code

  6. Additional Location Identifier

 

These fields will be used for box 33 if a location is marked as “Billing Provider” on professional claims for future enhancements.

Unless the location is marked as “Main” - these new fields are optional and will not have an impact on other areas of the system at this time.

If your location is marked as the Main location, you will be required to input these 3 fields:

 

New Address Field

  1. Added Address Line to account for Suite, Apt # etc

 

Currently this field will not display anywhere else in the system.

New Contact Info Fields

  1. Email Address

  2. Phone Number

  3. Fax Number

 

Currently these fields will not display anywhere else in the system.
