Logging In and Completing the Parent Verification (for parents)

  1. Login to Rethink System

Login via a computer or mobile device

2. Save login page as an icon on your home screen for easier access 

After logging in save the page as an icon to your home screen.


3. Click "LOGIN"


4. ENTER USERNAME AND PASSWORD


Having Trouble logging in?

contact your child's provider and confirm they have the correct email on file for you


5. Click "SCHEDULING"


6. Select the Session Date 

Note: Appointments in the Future cannot be verified.

  1. Enter Your Child's Name in the search field to the bottom left of the screen
  2. Then click on the appointment you need to review and verify.
7. Tap 'verification'

Under "Verifications" Click "Parent"

a. Enter Parent or  Guardian Name

b. Relationship

c. Click "unsigned"



9. Electronically Sign

Then click "verify" on the bottom right of the screen.

  1. Electronically Sign, Enter your name, relationship
  2. Click Save
