Updated list of Reason Codes for Tellus EVV

Tellus has updated the list of reason codes to be used when sending appointments with missing or edited Clock In/Clock Out. New reason codes will be implemented in Rethink for EVV Appointments as of anticipated launch date of 1/14/22.
