Resource and Training Center Overview

The Resource and Training Center is an area of the platform that includes:

Access to this area of the platform requires a permission to be granted within Roles.

The two trainings within the Resource and Training Center are defaulted to the company account. Company specific trainings cannot be added to this section.

This resource will review each section.

Introduction to Autism and ABA Training

This training consists of 11 modules and is roughly 8 hours in duration.

  • Each module consists of notes, a video, test, and a practice activity.

  • Videos are to be watched in their entirety for the test to populate.

  • Tests must be passed with 90% accuracy rate, with unlimited attempts allowed

  • Closed captioning is available on videos (both in Spanish and English)

  • This training can also be available to Parents/Contacts by providing this permission within Role 5

 

Registered Behavior Technician (40 hour) Training

This training is accessible by staff only and meets the 40-hour requirement needed to sit for the RBT exam with the BACB (any other requirements needed should be identified through the BACB).

  • All training modules include videos that are to be watched in their entirety

  • Some modules includes tests that require a 90% accuracy with unlimited attempts allowed

  • Modules are to be completed within 180 Days

  • Modules can be reset for staff who do not complete within the appropriate time frame (Done within the Reporting Dashboard - Detailed Training Report)

  • Staff do not need to be individually assigned to the RBT Training. They have access if:

    • The RBT box is selected within their individual profiles

    • Permission to the Resource and Training Center is provided within their Role

  • When RBT Training has been completed, certificates will populate to download and print

  • Certificates can be downloaded and printed by selecting PRINT CERTIFICATE

Rethink Resources / Company Resources

The resources section of Resource and Training Center houses two resource sections:

  • Teaching Materials

  • Company Resources

Teaching Materials are defaulted resources that can be used by staff if they have permission to access the RTC. These resources are organized by topics such as people, visual cues, and visual schedules. Materials cannot be added to this section, but materials can be downloaded and printed if desired to use. There are also recorded Webinars hosted by Rethink on different relevant topics.

Company Resources is a section where company specific resources can be uploaded. This section requires an additional permission to the Resource and Training Center. Permissions can also range from view, download, and upload depending on the staff role.

  • Folders added to this section are added/created by your company

  • Word documents, PDFs, and images can be added to this section of the platform
