Frequency data can be viewed as rate in ANALYZE DATA and in FUNDER REPORTS. Because frequency data can be viewed as rate, when entering frequency data on the website a “observation length” needs to be entered. (Please note this is automatically calculated when using the mobile app for data collection)

To Enter FREQUENCY data on the website:

  • Click on the program that is set up with FREQUENCY data collection under the DATA ENTRY TAB

  • Choose the target(s)/plan you wish to enter data on. Then add in count/frequency of the target along with the amount of time you observed the client. This could be a programmed amount of time, determined by a supervisor OR the entire length of the session.

  • Don’t forget to click SAVE to save/graph your data!
