How to add phase change lines--Website ONLY
HOW TO ADD ONE PHASE CHANGE LINE TO A SKILL /BEHAVIOR:
For skills and behaviors, phase change lines can be added to a graph from the data entry area. Follow the steps below to add a phase change line for an individual skill or behavior.

| 1 | Once you've clicked on a client, click on data entry and the program that needs a phase change line added. |

| 2 | Click on the phase change line button on the data collection panel. |
|
| 3 | Define the phase change line and select the date needed on the graph. When defining the phase change line, selections include medication changes, generalization changes, prompting changes, or you can select other and customize the phase change line definition. When selecting the date, the date can be backdated if needed. Press Create. The phase change line is added to your graph. | Defining the phase change line: Selecting the date:

HOW TO ADD A PHASE CHANGE LINE FOR MULTIPLE SKILLS/BEHAVIORS:
For skills and behaviors, A phase change line can be added across multiple skills/behaviors at once. Follow the steps below to add multiple phase change line across programming.

| 1 | Click on the Action Button in the top right hand corner of the data entry page. |

| 2 | Select Add Phase Change. |
|
| 3 | Select to apply the phase change line to ALL skills and behavior or SELECT the skills and behaviors the phase change line should be applied to Define the phase change by clicking on the drop down menu. Select the date when the phase change occurred. Click Create. |
